MEET PATISSIER SARAH Biblo.
Welcome to our little Pastry Boutique .
I am Sarah Biblo and along with running my home based Patisserie Biblo Treats, I am also a Pastry stylist, recipe developer.
Biblo Treats is my small home based patisserie currently based in Bahrain, it all started as a market stall in Dubai back in 2012.
With a Belgian soul and a Middle eastern twist, I love creating new treats every day. All of my cakes are baked with organic and low intervention ingredients.
I have, and always will, believe that quality ingredients is absolutely the key to obtain the best products. I use the best quality ingredients from Belgium,France and all around the world. We also use authentic traditional techniques to ensure the highest quality.

The Ingredients
QUALITY BIO INGREDIENTS FROM AROUND THE GLOBE
The majority of the products that we use are organic, without causing damage to the environment, harmful chemicals or additives.
We use organic unbleached flour, pure French butter, French cream, the finest Belgian chocolate.
We work with the seasons to create baked goods that are full of pure flavour.
Organic foods respect seasonality, the timing of nature and the natural cycles of the land.
Our packaging is completely BIO friendly: 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
